To get to the airport = 1 hour
Check-in and boarding = 1 1/2 hours
Flight = 1 hour
Bus trip to boat = 20 minutes
Boat trip to 2nd bus = 30 min
Bus trip = 2 hours
Then reverse it on the way home...adding 2 hours for the delayed flight.
Still a fun trip...
