Wes skied, I took pictures....
It was the beginning of the day,
and we were nearly the only ones around.
At the top of the mountain,
the cafes and shops were not open quite this early
Sign showing which way to Chicago, USA. This is funny because they say Chicago has a larger population of Polish people than Poland...whether this is true or not, I don't know.
Karczma (inn), nice Polish restaurant at the top of the lift
Kaplica (small chapel) in the forest
Front of the chapel
View from the lift
Wes skiing by me as I am on the lift going down
Wes might be in this picture, it's hard to find him
Pretty place!
Wes is there somewhere...
We finally bought him a ski helmet, I feel better now.
This lift has a strange entrance as you can see
A one-man chair lift, I had never seen this either.

Żywiec, Poland
We took a short trip to Żywiec with our friends. Wes drove in the snowy mountains, it was an adventure.
Christa, Brenda, Stephen & Wes
Waiting for the brewery tour
"time travel" at the brewery
Our "hotel"...it was more like a hostel, and poor Stephen didn't have a private bath room even though we had booked one, no telling what happened
On the castle grounds
We are ready for the ball!
Don't do it, I know where you sleep! :)
Grapevines covering an arbor leading to a fountain. Use your imagination. The snow was absolutely beautiful!
On a bench covered with snow
